According to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was designed to give U.S. citizens improved flexibility and control, allowing them to make more informed decisions about their own health plans and health care providers.
Now that the ACA has been in place for several years, do you feel that in fact happened? Reflect on what you believe to be the strengths and weaknesses of the ACA today.
