Continue with the organization and situation you selected for your Topic 2 assignment. Based on your selected organization and situation, design one of the following promotional materials to communicate and promote your solution to the situation:

- a poster
- internal newsletter
Use graphics and visual elements to make your selected promotional material appealing. Use Canva or another design platform/software to create your promotional material.
Use branding elements and approaches that represent the identity of the organization.
Your promotional materials should clearly communicate to the appropriate stakeholders and address the objective you identified in Topic 2 for making the communication.
APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
