That is, only two teams can have the same topic. Sign up for your topic on the discussion board in Canvas by posting your team number and topic number as follows: Team 1 Topic 4.
- Look at AirBnB, identify, analyze, and develop a plan for resolving a key problem that their organization is facing.
- Broaden your understanding of corporate culture. What is it, how do organizations cultivate it and explore the broader ramifications of corporate culture within Microsoft.
- With a lens on office design, analyze and report on the success or failures of a company who has engaged in redesigning their office space with the expectation of increasing their productivity. How did the architectural layout and design of their offices impact overall productivity?

- Using the Rational Decision-Making Approach found in Chapter 8, Figure 8.3, identify a problem facing Twitter and use this framework for guiding your analysis and proposed recommendation.
- Employers today frequently complain about a lack of soft skills within their workforce (e.g. problem solving, communication and teamwork). Discuss how you would approach upskilling the workforce on soft-skills. What kind of training would you provide and why?
Structure
Your group can decide how they want to structure the presentation based on the question prompt. Your goal is to look at these topics from a holistic approach; not only looking at their purpose, but also their impact on an organization. I would like you to dissect your topic to see how all the pieces strategically work together.
NOTE: Before you make an outline, GATHER YOUR RESEARCH. Each of you should be researching the topic and sharing your findings with your group. Do this first. After you have a good collection of articles you can then build your outline and start composing your presentation.
