The purpose of this reflection journal is to consider what you acquired from the materials covered in weeks three and four. In this 3-4 page paper (excluding cover page and reference page), you will also discuss the relevance of the materials to your professional experiences and personal lives. Finally, you will relate the materials to your semester long project, the HR Strategic Plan. Using this document as your template, delete these directions as you compose your original content. This first section will be the introduction.
Your paper should be in APA format. For your convenience, this template is already properly formatted. Do not include a heading titled Introduction. Each page is numbered consecutively from the title page through the last page of the document. Your computer should handle the consecutive numbering automatically. To assist you with your references, some of the readings used in this course are listed in the References page. Delete any unused sample references (references you don’t cite in-text). Those sample references are provided simply for your APA guidance.
