-Write out a step by step of what was done to come to the executive summary when drafting the executive summary (explain why each provision/step was taken and how you got there and why). Focus on thought patterns of important portions of the executive summary – why they were made – and how you determined what changes to make
-explain in detail why you chose this proposed strategy and what made you decide on this take
-include reasons for why you chose each statute and case in IRAC.
