***IMPORTANT: THIS PROJECT REQUIRES that you only do the cover page and the methodology, but I am providing entire instructions for better understanding
As a team,
you will analyze the data from your tests and present the
findings in a professional presentation. This can be a PowerPoint or
Prezi, or another kind of presentation.
The presentation must include the following:
Cover slide
Should include the title of the report with your name (or all of your team members’ names).
Executive summary
Include the test goals, the
nature of the test, results and recommendations, and the reasons for why
the changes need to be done.
Introduction
Include any background information, as well as a statement of the problem.
Methodology
List the criteria you used to
determine the questions, scenarios and tasks in the usability test
materials, as well as what types of data analysis you utilized. Also
include how many participants will be testing, what the participants
will do and what data will be collected.
Results
State the major results from the
usability test, including qualitative and quantitative data. This can be
stated by issue or problem, or by questionnaires and scenarios/tasks.
Also include how many participants were testing, the demographic and/or
psychographic information about the participants, what the participants
did and what data was collected.
Recommendations
Each recommendation should list
the issue or problem, the recommendation to fix the issue/problem, and
any supporting material that justifies the recommendation.
Conclusion
Restate the conclusions already found in previous sections, as well as reinforce why the test was needed
Think of this as a professional presentation to the client. Your team
is trying to get business, and this presentation will prove to your
client that you knows what you are doing and that you are the right team
to help them clear up their usability issues.
