A. Critically discuss multi-level approach to tackle gender related issues at workplace.

B. Explain the difference between ‘race’ and ‘ethnicity’? Explain what issues are at stake in the workplace, if we understand/prefer (and therefore act accordingly) one of these concepts, as opposed to the other.

C. From your own perspective, please identify potential and real issues/challenges faced by individuals from marginalized groups during: (a) the recruitment/talent acquisition process, (b) during the course of their employment and (c) during their advancement or recruitment, in the organization?

D. What are the costs to individuals (emotional, psychological and even economic/career and opportunities) if (a) the individuals themselves remain silent about feeling excluded and/or marginalized in the workplace, (b) if colleagues/team members remain silent about feeling excluded and/or marginalized in the workplace and (c) if the organization remains silent regarding employees feeling excluded and/or marginalized in the workplace?
