Based on what you have learned so far in this class, identify 2-3 standardized scales that could be used at your field agency and write a brief (2-3 paragraph) implementation plan.
If you are not in field or cannot find an appropriate standardized scale, you may choose 2-3 scales that you would use in your future desired job setting. Describe them and how you would use them in practice.
