The following are some examples to help get you started, but please do not limit yourself to this outline:
History: Please share about yourself, background, family, interests, work experience, other.
Present: Where are you currently in your education and career path?
Future: What are your personal and professional goals and objectives? Do you feel adequately prepared to launch your career? Yes/no, and why?
Please do not write what you think that I want to hear. There are no right or wrong answers here. This is about you.
Part 2, Operations in relation to your major, concentration and career plan:
As we have discussed in class, there are elements of operations in almost every facet of business. For example, even in marketing, there are “marketing operations” involved in the execution and ongoing management of a program.
In this section, I would like for you to do research and report on what operations might look like in your major. For example, look at a job board, such as Indeed.com, and search “Marketing operations”, “Accounting operations”, and so on. What functions do these jobs perform, and what skills are required?
In addition, perform a general search on the topic and present some of your key findings. Envisioning your career path, what could be your role in operations, or working with other operational departments (cross-functional teams)?
As for reputable sources of information, Wiki is generally not acceptable. Try and find independent and non-bias sources and compare to verify with other sites if possible.

Sidenote: At some point in your career, you may have to present and sell an idea to an organization (employer, customer, or other related parties). Presenting a solid case that is supported by reputable sources of information and data could be very beneficial to your career.
