 Explore Philip Kotler’s Thoughts on “Service and Value” 

Watch the London Business Forum video of Philip Kotler on “Service and Value”. Kotler is considered the Father of Modern Marketing. Kotler speaks about service and value in this video, bringing to light many things that might otherwise be overlooked by organizations. Be sure that you accurately answer/cover the following in your analysis:

  1. What could an organization do to improve its services when many competitors are also vying for the same customers? 
  2. Using your current organization (or one you have experience with), evaluate their efforts, or what their efforts should be to become a service leader providing value to stakeholders. 
  3. Discuss areas where there are opportunities for improvement in your chosen organization. 
  4. What is the relationship between service, value and sustainability? 

Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements:
