 Explain the rationale for partnering with customers – provide a short example. 

 What strategies would you use to establish a quality of culture in organizations? Provide a short example. 

 Are more suppliers good or bad for businesses? Does MRO vs OEM purchasing change your answer, why? 

 Is there a store, restaurant, or other establishment with which you do business that could improve its service or products? If given the opportunity, what would you tell the owner or manager about improvements that are needed? 

 Have you ever been involved in an effort that was halfhearted because the leader of the effort didn’t seem to be enthusiastic about it? If so, what happened? If not, discuss what it means for the person in charge in a given situation to set the tone.
