Alleviating Stakeholder Concerns


 Between parties, communication includes acts that confer knowledge and experiences, give advice and commands, and ask questions. These acts may take many forms, in one the various manners of communication. When internal communication fails in a company the end result may be a failure as you have noted. 

How can management identify and correct the problem successfully before this happens? Can you provide a real-world example?
