Take home. Each student shall write a 4 page paper in which they critically interact with the following questions:
- What were the three most valuable lessons you learned in the class?
- Why were they the most valuable?
- How have they affected your character?
- How will they influence your future life?
The essay will be marked as follows:

is the paper well organized, no spelling errors, understandable, good English | 15 mks |

does the paper fully cover three or more topics | 15 mks |

does the paper show that the student has thought deeply on the topics and has provided meaningful and wise comments or is it only a surface discussion? | 55 mks |

is the paper interesting to read, uses good examples to illustrate the points, makes the reader want to read more | 15 mks |
The essay will be written according to the following criteria:
– Full title page
– Times New Roman 12 font
– Double spaced
– This is a personal reflection paper and so no outside sources are necessary. However,
if you chose to use outside sources, they must be referenced properly in the notes
and in a bibliography
- [NOTE: The “Course Learning Evaluation” section lists all of the gradable components of the course, and states their grade value. Include optional assignments, if applicable.
- Identify which Course Learning Outcomes are being assessed by each of the assessment methods used in the course. See the Appendix to the Undergraduate Course Syllabus Template – Section 2: for one example.
- Provide a comprehensive list of all projects, public presentations, participation, written assignments, field trips, class discussions, labs, simulations, etc.
