Marketing ethics includes consumer protection, pricing, and advertising. Using your favorite web browser, research a company that practices direct marketing. You will write an article review that address the following points and questions:
- Briefly describe the company and the types of products it markets.
- Explain direct marketing and why companies use the strategy for advertising their products.
- Examine two types of unethical pricing practices. Is the company you researched guilty of unethical pricing?
- Determine how the article contributes to knowledge regarding targeted marketing ethics.
- Discuss whether the topic in the article could be valuable in your personal and/or professional life.
The article review must include at least two double-spaced pages, not counting the title and reference pages. You are required to use at least one outside source. Adhere to APA Style when constructing this assignment, including in-text citations, introduction, and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract is needed.
